Welcome to Blue Dream Watersports. By booking, renting, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and transparent experience for all customers.

2.1 Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you book or interact with us:

• Full name

• Phone number and email address

• Payment information (securely processed via third-party providers)

• Driver’s license or identification (for rental verification)

• Boating certification confirmation (if required)

 

2.2 How We Use Your Information

 

Your information is used to:

• Process reservations and payments

• Verify eligibility for rentals

• Communicate booking updates or changes

• Ensure compliance with safety and legal requirements

 

2.3 Data Protection

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Payment details are not stored directly by Blue Dream Watersports and are handled securely through third-party processors.

 

2.4 Information Sharing

 

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared only when necessary:

• To comply with legal requirements

• To enforce our policies

• With service providers assisting in operations

 

3. Booking, Payments & Deposits

• Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking

• A refundable security hold will be placed on your credit card at the time of rental. This hold is released once the equipment is returned in the same condition, with no damage or additional charges.

  • Paddle Boards
    • $150 hold per rental

  • Jet Skis
    • $250 hold per rental
    • Fuel is not included

  • Boats
    • $300 hold per rental
    • Fuel is not included

  • Additional Notes:

    • Holds may take several business days to be released depending on your financial institution

    • Renters are responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, fuel, or late return fees, which may be deducted from the deposit

• Pricing is subject to change without notice

 

4. Cancellation Policy

 

Standard Reservations (4–8 Hour Rentals)

• 24+ hours notice: 100% refund

• Less than 24 hours: 50% refund

 

Multi-Day Reservations

• 48+ hours notice: 100% refund

• Less than 48 hours: 50% refund

 

General Policy

• No-shows are non-refundable

• Reservation changes are allowed without fees if made outside the cancellation window

 

5. Weather & Rainout Policy

​

• Cancellations made 24 hours in advance due to weather will receive a full refund

• If Blue Dream Watersports cancels due to unsafe weather or water conditions:

  • You may reschedule, or

  • Receive a full refund

• Light rain or passing weather conditions may not qualify for cancellation

 

6. Delivery & Drop-Off Locations

 

Blue Dream Watersports offers convenient delivery to approved lake access points and select nearby home locations within close proximity of the following areas:

• Lake Seed
  • Paddle boards only

• Lake Burton
  • All rentals (boats, jet skis, paddle boards)

• Lake Rabun
  • All rentals (boats, jet skis, paddle boards)

• Tallulah Falls (Tallulah Lake area)
  • Paddle boards only

 

Additional Notes:

• Delivery availability is subject to scheduling and location accessibility

• Exact drop-off location details will be confirmed at the time of booking

• The renter must be present at delivery with valid ID

 

 

7. Rental Terms & Safety Requirements

 

7.1 Eligibility

​

• All operators must be 21 years or older with boating experience

• Valid government-issued ID required

 

7.2 Mandatory Safety Compliance

​

Renters must:

• Watch the Georgia DNR Boat Rental Safety Video

• Complete the Boat Safety Certification Form (if required)

• Follow all Georgia boating laws and regulations

7.3 Legal Requirements

​

• All operators must meet minimum age requirements:
  • Paddle Boards: 18 years or older
  • Jet Skis & Boats: 21 years or older

• Anyone born after January 1, 1998 must complete a DNR-approved boating education course before operating any vessel, unless exempt

• All renters must comply with Georgia boating laws and safety regulations

• Licensed U.S. Coast Guard captains are exempt from the DNR safety video requirement

 

8. Use of Equipment

 

By renting, you agree to:

• Operate all equipment responsibly and safely

• Return all equipment in the same condition as received

• Be financially responsible for damages, loss, or misuse

 

9. Boat & Equipment Rules

• No smoking

• No pets allowed

• Gas must be refilled at time of pick-up

• Maximum passenger limits must be followed

• Blue Dream Watersports is not responsible for personal belongings

 

10. Equipment Disclaimer

• We strive to maintain all equipment in excellent working condition

• Working radios are not guaranteed, and no discounts will be issued if unavailable

 

11. Waste Policy

Customers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness:

• Dispose of all trash at appropriate solid waste or recycling facilities

• Excessive cleaning or waste left behind may result in additional fees

 

12. Liability & Assumption of Risk

 

By participating in watersport activities, you acknowledge:

• Boating and water activities involve inherent risks

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation

• Blue Dream Watersports is not liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or damages

  • Loss or theft of personal property

  • Misuse of equipment by renters

 

All renters may be required to sign a liability waiver prior to use.

 

13. Pricing & Rental Availability

 

Tritoon and Ski Boat Rentals

Weekday Rates (Monday–Friday)

• Tritoon: $450

• Ski Boat: $575

 

Weekend Rates (Saturday–Sunday)

• Tritoon: $495

• Ski Boat: $625

 

Half-Day Rates (Same-Day Only)

• Tritoon: $400

• Ski Boat: $475

 

Optional:

• Priority Delivery Window → +$50

• Captain Add-On +$75–$100/hr

• Sunset Cruise Upgrade +$100 flat

• Tube / Water Gear Bundle +$50–$75

 

Paddle Board Rentals

 

Daily Rates (weekday/weekend)

• 1 Paddle Board: $75/$85

• 2+ Boards: $65/$75 each

• 4+ Boards (Group Rate): $60/$65 each

 

Optional Add-On for Paddle Boards (weekday/weekend)

• Delivery Fee (if outside core area): $25/$50

• Guided Paddle Excursion: $50/$75 per person

• Sunset Paddle Experience: $65/$85 per person

 

14. Modifications to Terms

Blue Dream Watersports reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
